According the Carbon County Coroner’s Office, Snyder, driving one of the cars, was declared deceased at the site around 4 p.m. by Carbon County Deputy Coroner Erika Reinheimer.
Officials said the truck stopped broadside on the road and Snyder's car landed against a snow bank in a private commercial parking lot.
